Veenker Memorial Golf Course is a premier public Ames golf facility owned and operated by the Facilities Planning & Management department at Iowa State University. Veenker offers a full range of golfing activities for the enjoyment and benefit of Iowa State students, faculty, staff, friends of ISU, and the City of Ames residents.Iowa State University has one of the best Turf Grass Management programs in the country. Many of Veenker's student employees go on to find jobs at some of the finest golf facilities in the world.
