Chardon Lakes Golf Course

Chardon, Ohio

Enjoy Chardon golf at the Chardon Lakes Golf Club - a Golf Digest 4 star facility. The Chardon Lakes Golf Course opened in 1931 with 9 original holes designed by Bert Way, who also designed Firestone North and Mayfield Country Club. In 1963 the "new" nine opened, designed by Don Tincher and Carroll Bazler. Mr. Tincher, our current Pro Emeritus, has been at Chardon Lakes since 1950. In the early seventies he hosted American Cancer Society Benefits that included appearances by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Jack's score of 67 from the back tees still stands as the course record. Get in on the history and fun by booking your tee time now.
