Buena Vista means “Beautiful View”, which you will get plenty of as you play this Taft golf course. Buena Vista is known for it’s large, fast greens and unique 1st hole. The course sits in an oasis of majestic eucalyptus trees, mature pines and Mexican palms. Most holes play either up or downhill so challenging lies are prevalent. The views of the nearby Buena Vista aquatic recreation area, lush valley farm land and the surrounding mountains make this truly a beautiful view. Located 20 miles west of Bakersfield, just off Taft Highway. From I-5 go west approximately 5 miles to “Golf Course Road” and turn left, go 2 miles to the course entrance.
